EXCHANGE POLICY
At Feetoes Shoes, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need a different size or would like to exchange your product, please review our exchange policy below:
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, please email us at feetoesshoes.customerservice@gmail.com with your order number and exchange details.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Options
We offer exchanges for:
Size changes, subject to availability.
Product exchanges for another style or design, subject to availability and any applicable price difference.
No Refund Policy
Feetoes Shoes does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All approved requests will be processed as exchanges only.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
Customized or personalized products.
Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or at discounted prices.
Exchange Process
*Once your exchange request is received and approved, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
*A pickup fee of ₹150 will be applicable for all exchange requests.
*Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the ₹150 pickup fee will be deducted from the product value.
*The remaining amount will be issued to you in the form of a unique product code/store credit code.
This product code can be used for:
Exchanging for a different size of the same product, or
Purchasing any other product available on the Feetoes Shoes website.
*The product code will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Any unused balance after the validity period will expire and cannot be extended, refunded, or reissued.
*The product code is issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality team.
Feetoes Shoes does not offer refunds. Any approved exchange will be processed through the issuance of a product code/store credit only.
