We use standard US and UK size so that you can pick your perfect size. Please note that natural leather expands by about half a size to take the shape of your feet. However, if you still want to swap your shoes for another size then please notify us by an email within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. The customer will have to write into email@example.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We do not take refund & cancellation requests. Shoes that are bought during the SALE or SPECIAL OFFER period will not be exchanged or refunded.

We only accept exchanges postmarked within 15 days after the date of delivery.
Footwears purchased online cannot be exchanged at the offline stores.
The product should reach us without any damage and in its original packaging.
If the product is used, damaged or not in its original form, then your exchange request will not be accepted.
We don’t allow refunds on orders that are already being placed. However, once we receive the order, we offer online store credits that can be redeemed within the next 90 days.
We allow product exchange for the same or above amount of the purchased order.
Please mention the size and style you want in exchange for the current pair of footwears in the customer note when you raise an exchange request. Print the slip with the size and style when sending it back to our logistics partner.
For exchange you have to send the product on your own cost to our warehouse.

If you cannot courier the product we can arrange a return pick up for you, a fee of Rs150 will be charged per footwear for the same. This fee will be deducted from your exchange voucher.
We will be issuing an exchange voucher once the product is received in the original condition . It can be redeemed within the next 90 days.
During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time or else will be notified.
